View on the Torres del Paine, from outside Parque Nacional Torres del Paine, a Unesco Biosphere Reserve covering 181,414 hectares and a must for its wildlife and spectacular scenery. The scenery is superb, with constantly changing views of fantastic peaks, ice-fields, vividly coloured lakes of turquoise, ultramarine and grey, and quiet green valleys. In the centre of the park iq a granite massif from which rise the Torres and Cuernos del Paine, oddly shaped peaks of over 2,600 metres (Punta Arenas, Chile).

About me

Today I focus on environmental, conservation, landscape and documentary photography. I strongly believe that photography can be a mirror helping us understand the beauty around us and the need to protect it. I’m open for assignments.

Cheers,
Erik
